Defective or Wrong Items

  • If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will provide a replacement or exchange once the issue is verified.

How to Return

  • We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
